The latest lecture of the Waterford Archaeological & Historical Society will take place at 8pm on Friday 13th June in the Garden Room of the Medieval Museum in Waterford City.

This public lecture by archaeologist Neil Jackman, will outline the results of geophysical surveys and research at the important Viking site of Woodstown on the outskirts of Waterford City, and discuss what the new insights might tell us about the nature of the settlement. The lecture will also detail the exciting future plans for the site.
